This afternoon, Mr. Edward Carson, HM's Lord Steward, was awarded The Noble Order of the Thistle for his twenty years of service within the Royal Palace at Westover. HM the Queen was pleased to award him the Royal Honour and greatful for the service Sir Carson has provided to the Palace and Royal Family.
